    Default TorrentSwift Problums! NOT ANSWERING TO SUPPORT TICKETS!

    okay heres my story
    i bough the seedbox like the 5th of this month
    unmetred S plan
    they set it up in 1 hour very good

    i downloaded some stuff and started seeding.
    upload speeds where horrible.
    50kb
    i said alright i downloaded about 10 torrents
    and started seeding them.
    i got to about a 1.001 ratio
    on what i downloaded and uploaded.
    the torrents where new and where getting alot of leechers
    i had a seedbox with obtrix and uploaded almost 4tb in 1 month
    but obtrix screwed me over $45 paid for 2 months only got 1.

    on sat night i left my house with the seeds seeding..
    i come home and its asking me to login..
    i try a couple of times it dosent work.
    i go and reboot the box
    know when i got to my URL i get:

    Error Database Connection Problems
    Check your database-config-file. (inc/config/config.db.php)

    i contacted them various times.
    they dont answer there support tickets.

    what should i do?
    should i dispute?

    i lost the one with obtrix

    i really need my money back.
    i really need some ratio boost also..

    I'm not familiar with their service but there will be support tickets ahead of you as well. I'd recommend waiting one more day and see what happens. Maybe their servers are down and trying to fix everything.

    Regarding upload speeds, only on new torrent will you got "high speeds" after couple of minutes they will drop.

    Jump on new torrents (that are expected to go high) and see how you go on those.

    support ticket has been up for 3 days know
    and yea i get popular torrents cod6 just when they rekeased it

    3 days hmm, I guess not much you can do until they get back to you. Try another new one and see how it goes (what's the max up seed you've seen?)

    This doesn't sound like a provider you'd want to be with, just go to another provider when your contract finishes.

    well i spend like $40 and i want it back
    i dont know what i should do.
    whats speeds and seedbox provider do you use?

    I'm using feralhosting.com Power plan, https://www.feralhosting.com/heron/plans
    £14.99 for 160gb 1gps line with 9 people and minimum throughput is 25mbps which is about 3mbs.

    I have gotten 9mbps couple of times (on big packs and first one to jump on it) for couple of minutes. Most of the times i stay around 2-3mbps, and i'm ok with that.

    Their service is really good, i'd opened 3 tickets so far and all been answered within a day.

    okay they fixed the problem.
    took them 6 days
    they added 6 days
    fair enough

    they deleted my support tickets after i got them online
    talked to him online got everything sorted out

    Funny you stay this, I was also having the same problem. I know this is a bit late to revive the thread but I don't think it deserves another thread.

    Anyway, I also had around 5 support tickets, to see if they would respond, (I ordered the seedboc on the 17th) and finally yesterday they made my box. Which I am not very pleased about.

    Hopefully the speeds last. And hopefully I can cancel at the end of the month, so I don't have to go through all that again.
