Looking for Web Hosting
I'm not sure exactly what I need. All I know is I'm thinking about starting a new Private Tracker for movies and music.
So yea, any help would be appreciated. Would need some web hosting that allowed torrent files and I also could use some people who know what they're doing in these regards. =D

There is a good tutorial on setting up a torrent tracker on filesharingfreak.
My seedbox admin is will to help you host it on OVH servers, but he does not have any experience in torrent trackers.

You might also want to look at where all the big guys host their servers, you might want to move to the same country.
If you are seriously going to consider this you will have surely have to check out hiding your identity. Stay in the good country, etc. etc. =)
