I use utorrent / Webui. I hear Rtorrent with Wtorrent is best for linux, but it doesn't seem to work for me. When I have time I will keep trying.
ive been using utorent webui for 2 weeks now and it is excellent on the whole. didnt go for torrentflux as some of my private trackers dont allow u to use it and you can get banned. was also very familiar with it from using it on windows and it is an excellent client. toss up between utorrent and azureus on windows. as previously mentioned on this thread however, the context menus can get messed up on MOST browsers (ie Firefox, IE and Safari).
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO OPT FOR UTORRENT WEBUI
