Thread: Biohost.info Complaint [2009]

Hy.
Recently, to be exact on 2nd of may i decided to try out biohost seedboxes because they are cheap. I paid on the 2nd and on the site it said that setup is done in under 6 hours

then after 10 hours i submitted a ticket about setup time. no one replied. So i went to read the TOS (my mistake for not reading it right away) and i saw that the setup time is between 24 to 48 hours
so i waited for that also...

Now it is 100 hours, more than 4 days passed and no reply and no setup. No one ever replies to anything. I found on other boards that some one waited for 9 days and still no reply.

Also i know about their homepage text about sicknes and so on, it is also a fraud and it is there for about month and a half

just to let everybody know, they suck big time

I have read lots of DIRT abt this seedbox

took 14 days to get mine, not to mention speeds are slow as shit and box is ultra unresponsive,

switched to a Kimsufi Dedi.

Thanks for the tip! I'm in the market for a good seedbox, still debating dedicated vs. simple webui host, but I'll mark them off my list.

I was actually really pleased overall with biohost. I got the smallest plan ($4/month) and was able to get some decent results from it. I was really pissed initially when the setup time was over 3 days and I sent them a bunch of tickets, but they treated me relatively well and I was able to upload a couple hundred GB at what.cd during their freeleech. My only real complaint was that you can not add torrents that are larger than your allotted size (even if you plan on partial leeching), but this may just be an inherent flaw in tflux (which is a horrible client imo).

If you go into it knowing its a $4 box, I don't know if you can find any better service at that price.

To be honest you can't call this fraud. Fraud would be paying and NEVER receiving what you pay for. They just happen to be extremely slack with set up times.

Biohost was one of the first seedboxes I had because they were so cheap. It's fair that their service sucks to say the least, the Webui would take at times 5 minutes to load, torrents would stop halfway through downloading and the box was down more than it was up. I paid for a month with them, ended up with a total time of 2 weeks, so I promised to pay for another month but didn't and ended up with a free months usage.

Bottom line, aviod at all costs
