i paid for a seedbox from Seedbox UP - uTorrent Seedbox & TorrentFlux Seedbox Hosting , the payment was made 24/8 got the receipt on 28th and no seedbox until nowi also sent an email yesterday , fraud is it ? how long shoul i wait to ahve a seedbox ?
i have trouble getting a reund from paypal, they cam up with some excuse about being an electronic service so they couldnt refund
I was with this company for about a month, they took about a week to set up the box and the only way I could get it up and running was through someone on MSN. Utter bullshit crap seedbox. STAY AWAY!
It took a week for me to get it setup as well. I also kept messaging there support on msn and finally got it setup.

This is a thread I'm not very proud of, the staff that was left in charge while I returned to Canada for treatments for my chronic diseases didn't do a very good job and most of these accounts still had to be set up by me, most of the staff basically was paid up front since they complained they had rent to pay and I was going to be gone for atleast two months. I know alot of accounts took much longer to set up then advertised but I do know atleast 95% did get set up, the other 5% are from people whom I tried to contact because of paypal disputes and such, some of the posters here had a dispute filed literally ten minutes after they signed up. There was also a user whom slandered us quite badly and actually did file a law suite against us for his $4 dollars. We counter sued cause he had bad mouthed us and posted alot of sensitive information such as the hospital I was in and actually had a post on graig's list trying to hire someone to come and assault me or kill me while in the hospital for treatments. But yes I did try and make sure all accounts did get set up. The servers likely were terrible back then when I wasn't there everyday to tend to them and had maybe one or two staff members who actually didn't scam me and did do there work but when I would order a new server and set it up and tell them to put people on it they never, they actually took the servers for themselves and used it for private use and kept overloading the public servers, this is no longer the case what so ever. Now a days clients are hosted on our 1gbit servers and optimized to operate at the best possible speeds and utilize the resources as best as they can.
Anyone who did not get there seedbox was refunded and if not or if you would like a seedbox still with a month of credit tossed on top feel free to contact me with your client email address and transaction ID. I am also going to be asking a few well respected members here to do legitimate reviews of the current state of biohost as I have taken some major steps to upgrade it like opening a new office in Canada as well as hiring mostly new staff in our holland suite as well (Biohost isn't the only business I run, these people work on all of mine so I can justify needing office space) So where-ever I go I have a office to go and manage at.
So yes please if you have an outstanding balance with us I will more then happily refund you (if you never got a seedbox) or offer you a rutorrent/deluge box for two months. Your choice, I also would like to deeply apologize for any bad feelings you may of had towards me, my staff and company it is all understandable but now more then anything we would like to make everything right, if you even tried our service and had bad experiences with us give us a try again and we'll offer you a free trial, there's really nothing to loose so this is really just a big "We're Sorry" to the torrent community.
