they were good when they first started but as time gone on they have way over sold there boxes i bought a cheap one off them as my box was down for maintanance i did get the details the same day but when i changed the settings to show all users there was 26 other peeps on it lmao they say on one gig line but if ya share that out it averages 37 meg each the owner is ill and it seems by the comments here there jus going further down in the world

My experiance with this company is fraud. I bought a box from them and never received the details. I opener a ticket and got no responce. I then decided to query with paypal. I finally got a responce saying they would set the box up if i closed the dispute. I did this and guess what nothing ever arrived. To top all of this off i then get an invoice a couple of days later to renew my subscription. In my opinion defo stay away from them

I really agree this company is horrible, I used them once and will never do it again. Not only did it take FOREVER to get my service setup, the speeds were slow, I had to fight with other users because of duplicate torrents, and support tickets took days - weeks. I highly recommend using StrikeHost though.

If you are ever misfortunate to be an another box with other users and have the duplicate torrent message, just rename the .torrent file.
