Thread: Do I need a seedbox?

I live in Japan. I have a 200Mb personal fiber line. I have unlimited download and as long as I upload less than 30Gb a day I am will not be looked at for illegal file sharing. I seed almost all of the files I download to at a minimum a 2:1 ratio, however some of the invite requests ask for proof of a seedbox. I don't really think I need a seed box because I share atleast 15-20Gb a day through my regular internet connection. How do I get around the seedbox proof requirement? Just message the person putting the request out there and explain the situation or would it actually be beneficial to get a seedbox? Any help on this is appreciated.

how about you just write in your application post that your home connection is wtfawesome and provide a speedtest proving it? this isnt rocketscience Oo

Depends on what is your usage.It seems that your connection has a bit of an upload cap per day.It may be better long term to get a seedbox,1 gbps seedbox since you got insanely fast download speed and also just to be 'safer' not to seed stuff from home.Besides you can seed 24hours a day with a seedbox which would be great for building ratio on private trackers.
You still can make do with kimsufi i guess.

As for invites,well you can show off your awesome connection to them with speedtest but still i personally recommend a decent seedbox for the above reason.

may be it's u r in japan as i noticed trackers in china have a weak connection to my ovh comparing to others

Usually there is "proof of seedbox if u have)...very few that require seedbox...maybe if cinderella.me you are looking for...because there is so hard to seed.
