rtorrent help
Hello Guys i need a fully working fine tutorial for installing rtorrent 0.8.6 and with multi user
do not let me to install with scripts
cos scripts do install 0.8.9 and i need 0.8.6
i need to install with apache and OS using uBuntu 11.10
do not recommend this one: Debian/Ubuntu Dedicated Server Setup
its with lighttpd

Ubuntu Seedbox with rtorrent | rutorrent | pureftpd | multi-user (optional) - I used this to setup my old seedbox for xirvik, rtorrent(0.8.6), with optional(multi-user support) on Ubuntu before. I've moved to CentOS and the latest rtorrent/libtorrent now, but these instructions still proved helpful, (even when I;m on a diff distro).

Try this one, too. It will prepare for almost any distro out there. I used it all the time I setup the new seedbox.
