Default Bibliotek Lives! seedbox opinions sought

Hi all - with todays news of Bibliotek possibly returning, I am actually considering a seedbox for the first time as I have heard surviving there can be brutal. I really don't download movies/music/large files at all except for the occasional graphic arts tutorial, so I feel like getting a box geared toward ebooks only is a good choice for me. After reading up on boxes I have a few questions (and if anyone has a direct recommendation I wouldn't mind that either!)

Regarding number of connection and/or active torrents, I have seen in many places that you should not have a bunch of torrents at once. However, given the nature of ebooks (tons of small, specific files with very low leecher numbers) is there something I should look for in a box that works better for these type of torrents?

I also think that I would like a non- .com or .net provider. How can I tell before signup just how many personal details a provider will want? How can I determine if they will keep them and if so will they 'hand them over' in a crisis? Can a prepaid Visa (with cash) still fund an anonymous Paypal account? Or am I being too paranoid?

If things work out I estimate that I would pay $20-$30 / month for about 3 or 4 months to build a healthy buffer. Thanks!

waffles is brutal to me but Bibliotek was easy go , it depends on what you want from Bibliotek I wanted ebooks there that count a few MBs while there is a great demand there for audio books , thats how i made my way there with a couple of audio books uploads from moderate speed connection 1 snatch each was a 1 GB upload enough for me to cover a 6 month consumption

Regarding your question , I tried before 500 torrents in the client and strangely I felt no problem in download or upload speed although I will trust a more experienced user opinion than myself

Since you'd be dealing with lots of tiny files, id point your focus to a smaller high speed type box. Something that may not have a ton of traffic, but a very fast and uncongested network.
    Yes to the paypal thing.

Myself being a provider, i would say that your budget more than accommodates what your looking for. :)

I would agree with bluboy. Space is not a premium for your requirements. So look for a fast seedbox hosted in a good datacenter. TBH I have never heard of the tracker you are talking about, so I would suggest looking for a box located at leaseweb, as it will have the best peering.
I doubt you need to look at 10gbit boxes, but 1gbit would surely help.

Also, loading up alot of little files like that, which should finish almost instantly, shouldnt hamper the server that much. So hit anything and everything. Just remember though, if you are looking for a buffer, dont download old torrents, just stick to anything new that gets uploaded.

Thanks for your input everyone! I also came across another question looking around - I currently use Transmission (via Linux) on my crappy download machine - is there any benefit to using it on the box as well or is ruTorrent still the best bet?

I think to survive Bibliotik the best strategy is to find books to upload instead of go into the technical details of a seedbox. You upload 100 books >20g you become an elite member which grants you 4 invites per month.
