    hello
    i have an SEEDHOST.EU

    i have downloaded some file and loged into vnc to they file directory

    how do i copy it to my own pc?

    I'm not a customer of Seedhost.eu so I don't know how exactly it works, but what OS are you using? I saw their website that they provide FTP access. You might want to contact them on how to use FTP.
