Whatbox Heat plan help
Hi Guys,
I am currently on the Whatbox Heat plan of 100Gb storage / 2.5TB upload Cap. Have been considering changing to another seedbox but i think whatbox seems to be one of the best value for performance?
What i wanted to ask is, if i am given the choice of locations as Netherlands or US and I am in Australia. Which location is better for me? My current box is in Netherlands, but i was wondering if the US one may be faster?
I would stay with the netherlands.
it would be faster if the majority of your peers are from NA, but I have my whatbox at NL and the speeds are fine so I wouldn't really worry about it, just a personal choice I guess.

Just doing a d\l speed test from the 2 servers, so far looks like the US one is faster to d\l to Australia.... Why would you recommend Netherlands, is it because its "safer"?
I'm using whatbox with a server in the Netherlands,too. I would stay there for safety reasons as you stated above.
But also I have been able to get higher speeds on Trackers when seeding from Europe. A few years ago I had two seedboxes in the US and I dont remember having that good speeds as with whatbox now. ( Reached more than 50MB/s sometimes ).
Nah better you stick to the Netherlands,too much nonsense nowadays from the US.Besides i think seeding speeds should be better since there's tons of datacenters with seedboxes in europe.
