It's possible to seed from your seedbox, that is what they are really meant for, but there are also cases where the tracker cannot identify your tracker or this message is caused by bad communication with the tracker, often caused by invalid client authentication (passkey, IP address, etc.)

Try contacting any staff member of the tracker you downloaded the .torrent file from and provide them with your seedbox IP, that should be resolved once they assign your Seedbox server IP to your account.. hope this helps...
