In general, I am very happy with my seedbox; it's inexpensive but really fills my seedbox needs well. However, there is little to no customer support at the moment.

I've run into a glitch. I have 2 files in my directory that I simply cannot delete. I have tried many ways to delete them, but they won't disappear. In the hundreds of files that have been through there, I've never had this problem before. In fact, I successfully deleted 3 other files just today.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there, i just finished a 3 month term with super.seed.me.uk. and yes there customer service is the worst ive ever seen....
I do however know how to delete torrents that will not delete as i had the same problem and it took me a week to figure it out....
Now superseedme uses the torrentfluxbrt client, normally i would clcik the square to the right to stop torrent and that would delete them, but every now & again some torrents would not delete...
So what you have to do is check the box on the far right side of your torrent, (every torrent has these boxes) then you scroll all the way to the bottom where you have a box that you can open up and choose to (start, stop delete, or delete with data) that is the box you need to click to delete the files that are stuck....
So you check/mark the torrent box then scroll to the bottom and click delete torrent & data.... And that will work for you.....




And another thing just so everyone knows, superseedme have good boxes for cheap prices, i was getting 12mb up and down at times... To get this you have to change the settings because they have your upload set at 1mb, so you just set it to 0, and then your upload is crazy for the price you pay...
But the reason i left this site is because the customer service was terrable, not once did they return one email in 3 months... right b4 my term ended i wanted to renew my box for another 3 months and they couldn't even answer my mail or send me a link to renew my seedbox.... So i said the hell with them and now i am using two other seedboxes at different sites with amazing customer service and the exact same speeds....

If you want great seedboxes & costomer service i recommend dtsleech.com, they are a great place.... As for my other seedbox i wont name any names, i like there box and speeds but again there customer service is better then superseedme but still not that great in my eyes......
