How do I use Filezilla to get files from Whatbox? Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you I am a total noob and just got a whatbox today.

First of all, you got to log into the Whatbox management page first. Then go to the info page. From there, you will need the hostname of the server you are on. It is under the section "Server Info".

Once you have the hostname, use Filezilla FTP client and setup with the following settings:

Host: <Your Whatbox Server Hostname>
Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
Logon Type: Normal
User: <Your Whatbox Slot Username>
Password: <Your Whatbox Slot Password>

After you are connected to your Whatbox successfully, you should be able to see a list of files and folders on the right window pane of your Filezilla FTP client. Click the folder named "files" to find the files that are downloaded using your Whatbox Slot. You should be able to see a listing of the files you have downloaded, double-click the file to download them.
