Thread: getaseedbox is down?

I've used getaseedbox for just under a month, with few complaints. Once or twice the system has been unavailable, but only for short periods of time.



Now, however, it's been unavailable for over two days, and their website just says

"Down for Maintenance
We are currently performing maintenance and will be back shortly."

Anyone know anything? Many thanks in advance

You seem to be only one posting on the internet last 24H so have you tried emailing them?

I guess I should .... trouble is I don't have an email address for them and the site is down :(

Has anyone heared anything new? I have send them an email too but did not recived an answer yet.

Still no reaction from them...im wondering why the two of us seem to be the only ones complaining about this on the whole internet.

I too am having trouble. I've had a seedbox with them for a year or so.

I've written three or four emails over the past couple of weeks with no reply. My seedbox went haywire on 12/18 and I haven't been able to access it since then.

Also, I am usually billed on the 5th of each month. Although 1/5 has come and gone, I have received no contact from them regarding my subscription.

I'm incredibly worried because I had planned to pull files off my seedbox that had been sitting there for awhile so I could watch them over Christmas. I don't have an accounting of what files were there so I can set up with a new seedbox provider and get the files again, if they are even still available. So I'm feeling incredibly lost and angry.

In fact, I joined this forum today just so I could reply to you and let you know that NO, you are not the only ones stumped by this one.

Good question, im very helpless :( Definitely i will not pay if another bill is comming. I usually got billed at the 8th of the month but this time there was no email sent. Still no reaction to my emails to them too. I noticed that if i try tp access my box via ftp in the past there was just no connection that could be made, but now it tells me connection refused by the server. Maybe the owner hast not payed his bills and is having a good time with the customers money - of course this is just a speculation.
