    Default Newbie to seedboxes (Recommendations?)

I know what they do, how they work, etc. but I have no idea what a good deal is for one.

My home speed isn't that great, so I don't really care about the speed I can download from it (As long as it's ~10Mbps)

I just care about the upload speed, the size of the HDD, and that there is an easy web-interface.

Any recommendations for a starter package for maybe $10 or $15 a month? I don't have a private tracker yet, but I'm thinking I'll join TL. Not sure how fast the seedbox needs to be to keep a good ratio there. Also, when it comes to HDD space, my home internet is pretty slow, and some files are pretty big, so I would like a decent sized drive, maybe ~50-100GB just in case. Multi-user allowance is a must, as I'll probably share with my bro. A good security record is a must, no letters from the MPAA for me thanks. And if possible, no stupid restrictions, I don't want to be worrying about bandwidth.
    Thanks all.

I'd give this site a look, if you haven't already decided. It's the one that I use, so it's the only one that I can recommend, even though I've tried others. If you have any questions, send me a PM.

Most of those don't have a ~$15 plan... I'm a bit confused on speed though. Does "Shared" 100Mbps mean I have to split the internet connection with other people? Some of those plans are 8 per box, 100Mbps, that's like home internet speed if you divide it down! I know I'm asking for a miracle, but hopefully I'll find a decent plan for around $15. I don't need some crazy ratio, but I'd like a good speed.

http://whatbox.ca looks really nice, but if I'm forced to share an 100Mbps line, I'd like a minimum speed promise at least.

I'm probably going to end up on the N00B plan at seedstuff.ca, although it is a bit above what I wanted the price to be, but 4 users per server seems low, and 200GB HDD is really nice. Maybe I can split the price with my bro...

Edit: Seedstuff.ca requires a phone number and home address to signup? Uh... Why? Considering the business they're in that's asking a LOT.

For the price you are asking for it's though to find a seedbox that can reach and sustain fast speeds and I think the best option would be Seed.st, because they use the much faster, but smaller, SSD's instead of the usual HDD's. They also over weekly plans which is probably a good idea for you to get to know all this.

All providers ask you for your phone number and home address, because it's basically a standard template. Even though they are in this kind of genre, they are still a legimate business. Take a look here: http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ (Make sure that the country matches and the name of the PayPal account too)
