    Default Seed My Box problems?

    Anyone else having any problems with SeedMyBox?
    I can't access rTorrent and support have not replied in 9hrs or so now. I'm not panicking, just curious at this stage.

    I've tried restarting rTorrent but nothing happens and even tried deleting some stuff with Filezilla just in case its a lack of space issue(I doubt it though) and still no change.

    I guess 9 hrs is still early days for a reply from support...

    Rooster u pay for a service m8 so 9 hours is too long but not half as long as i have to wait spoke to friend who currently is with them and his box is down too m8

    Yeah its a weird one isn't it, don't know what to expect as far as seedbox support is concerned. On the one hand 10 hrs or so is a long time to wait for help but on the other hand at least the company hasn't gone under owing you money!

    Here's what they said about my seedbox issue:

    "Looks like you screen process got stuck. The best thing to do is to log on to SSH and kill screen and restart rtorrent:
    screen rtorrent

    I have done this for you."

    May or may not have been the case but I don't know, well at least its back up and running now so I'm happy now.
