I asked HDC mods for whatbox is banned or not I got answer a few seccond non of seedbox banned frou HDC all seedboxes useable with HDC I go with 15dolars what box they refund money if you arenot happy so I will get little on anadtest

As you just found out, HDC in not banned from WhatBox. Although I was one of the few that had problems with that particular tracker, after I asked to switch servers, the issue resolved itself.

I had been using feralhosting.com for 2 months now, and I just purchased a seedbox from seedroots.com.

Feral was pretty fast, although their customer service didn't really win any stars from me. They have a limit on their uploads, and uploads include to trackers and to your home via FTP. I found that I would seed 2 TB in less than 2 weeks, and then I would either be stuck with a useless seedbox, or purchase more bandwidth. But again, their speeds were pretty good.

Now seedroots.com I have just joined, only been using it for about 2-3 days. Speed is 100Mbps, so not the 1Gbps that feral had, but the upload bandwidth more than makes up for it. You are allotted up to 5TB a month, and from what I gather, it is ok if you go over a little bit (but not abusing it). The cost is the lowest I have found, and the best bang for your buck. Above all, the reason why I am sticking with seedroots.com is one reason alone, the Customer service. To say it is exceptional would be an understatement. It is ran by one guy, and he is on the ball, I don't think he even sleeps, haha.

So to answer your question, SeedRootS - Welcome Page is the lowest priced option that gives you the speed you were asking for, the Customer service is just a bonus. :)
