Is this seedbox good for a 10gig connection?

well thats a dedicated server, not a seedbox.
But yes its well worth it. max ive ever seen on an mg ssd was about 4gbps... still great
whats the difference? I was going to turn it into a seedbox, but none the less I will order this. The only problem is, they are charging me VAT when I dont reside there? Any way to get out of paying VAT? Is it a one time fee or on all monthly payments?
