If you do a little bit of research you'll see that there's loads of threads very similar to this already. People would be more willing to help if you've shown that you tried to help yourself first
It also wouldn't hurt to be less demanding
How cheap is cheap? Do you have a set budget you absolutely cannot go over or are you willing to get a seedbox no matter what, at the lowest cost?

It's not untraceable... Everyone leaves an IP-footprint and if you're smart/stupid enough to use your home-connection to visit torrent-sites, then connect to a seedbox to download/upload and have at least 1 "dupe" account on 2 trackers, I reckon every half-a**ed investigator can put 1 and 1 together.
