The site is down because of problems with the webhost. The site should be back up soon. However my server from them is working just fine. As for the problem with rutorrent, well you haven't given enough detail, but if you get on IRC I can try help you out, or point you to someone who can since the owner is on IRC as well.

Actually rutorrent and server is fine , just one torrent in particular isn't adding for some reason. Although it's not adding to another box as well...
Other torrents from same tracker can be added with no problem, as with other torrents from other trackers also. Any thoughts?
I've tried re-downloading the torrent as well but no luck

Sounds like the torrent file itself is the problem, just try redownloading it.
