    HI.

    I am looking for a 1gbps VPS located in EvoSwith DC with ubuntu, 900gb dedicated hdd, root ssh, control panel - reboot, reinstall, etc.. no more than 4 users per server. Budget 80.00 USD.

    The providers that offer this kind of slot are EvoBoxes and SeedMyBox, but EvoBoxes is now Rapidspeeds and their quality has decreased enormously - they are getting a lot of bad reviews.
    Both those slots are slightly offer your budget, but it's the only thing that fits your criteria:

    EvoBoxes About 90$ for 900GiB space, 4 people on a 1Gbps line, VPS
    Seed My Box | Seedboxes and VPS About 83$ for 910GiB, 4 people on a 1Gbps line, VPS
