Evoboxes Support Speed Slow?
I tried having some questions answered in irc about 2 weeks ago, waiting 2 days for someone to enter and reply but no one ever did.
Today i sent a support ticket and after about 8 hours no reply. I was wondering if the support speed with evoboxes is decent or very slow? As in a week or several days to have your tickets answered?
Im a rapidspeeds user and when i have done tickets they usually reply within 2 hours.
What is it you trying to ask them?
try asking them through rapidspeeds as i think evo is no more.

Rapidspeeds owns them now which have the slowest support on earth. I have asked about their dedicated servers a few weeks and got a response a couple days ago...
Evoboxes use to be good till they sold out.
I've got an Evo box in the past few months and have gotten fairly quick responses to my questions. I do go through the RapidSpeeds site after logging in each time.
nothing changed for me after the merger. server or support performance wise. still damn good and fast, imo!
I have used them and after the merger the support sucked balls. I got my response after 4 days with a shitty answer. And you can check other threads in this section/review about shitty support after merger.
