Thread: Seedking - fast five down

Anyone else's seedking fast five down? I created a ticket yesterday(8am central) and they said they were replacing a HDD with an ETR of 2 to 3 hours. Requested an updated last night at 8pm last night and haven't received a response.Has anyone else gotten any updates?

I have a Devito plan from them but its terrible slow scince i got it, i also submit a ticket yesterday and no reply yet.

I had a Fast Five from them for about a week and everything was great. then my Fast Five went down for about 3 days and customer service responses just stopped

No idea what is going on with them but that is enough for me to switch. I chose Seed.st and so far it is a better seedbox with crazy uploads, great prices and responsive CS

Yeah, I gave up and did a paypal dispute yesterday...

Well Pulser stopped working for them yesterday so you can't talk to him now but I'm sure I read that Copper was SeedKing staff and obviously SeedKing himself are both on here so you could send them a PM.

yeah, Seedking network was stopping 2 days ago, and their staffs didn't support too.

In the past SeedKing has been known for exceptional service and very fast response times. In the last ten days or so, there has been downtime and slow/no response to tickets. None of us know why SeedKing has been absent recently. For myself, I can only say that I hope that he is all right. That he wasn't in a serious car accident or something like that.

All I can suggest is that you put in a service ticket if you have any difficulties. And if that doesn't help and you aren't getting what you paid for, then consider making a payment dispute. Like Pulser, I used to do technical support for SeedKing but have not done so for some time. And I don't have any inside information about the recent server/seedbox outages.

Any news on thsi? I was about to signup..... Or is it safe to say Seedking is now un-reliable?

It's not unreliable, but the owner is gone and therefore also the company. Nobody has heard anything from SeedKing (also the username of the owner) in weeks, not even former employees. It's quite likely that something has happened to him, because it would make no sense to build such a reputable company and then disappear after only a few weeks.
