Need some help with Kimsufi

I have a kimsufi.com server and it seems that they have locked me out. And won't reply to my emails.
Looking for some insight into this and especially a way to contact them if anyone has a phone number or alternate way to reach kimsufi.

The message I get when trying to login into my server is
ksxxxxxx.kimsufi.com None 2011-10-02 01:01:18 Anti-hack

And an email from them says..
Your server has been started in rescue mode so you can recover your data.
You only have FTP access read-only with the following
login details:
Username: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hereby we inform you that you have violated one or
several clauses in the contracts between you and OVH, namely:
- Terms of Service
- Particular conditions of rental accommodation and
dedicated servers
Under the terms quoted above, we have been
forced
suspend your server ksxxxxxx.kimsufi.com
for the following reason:
% SNMP-3-AUTHFAIL: Authentication failure for SNMP req from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Not sure what I did wrong. Possibly deleted SSH keys. Anyone know what is going on. And how I can contact them to
have my server acceess restored?

As said on irc, contact them asap. They Should be able to work with you and get it back

What did you use your server for? Was your sever secured? It'll be interesting to know what is going on.

for the following reason:
% SNMP-3-AUTHFAIL: Authentication failure for SNMP req from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Most probably they monitor servers with SNMP and since you deleted their SSH key, well, what does their "Terms of Service" says on that part.

you can also try logging into your manager and opening a ticket. They kinda suck at support but will answer within a day or so, usually a canned response though.

just an update guys but after numerous conversations and emails they have closed my account and said any more contact will cease so i lost the server. just thought i would post as an heads up to any 1 else who as done the same thing to restore there keys as dont want any 1 else to lose there server. whatever i supposedly did cant of been that bad as i still have 1 server from them and i can order more altho i dont think i want to after this mess around.
