Have a look here: Common Problems and Solutions (read before posting)
Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
I don't get :(
solusvm control panel where do i download? How do I connect SSH?
You can connect to SSH in various ways. I find Putty to be the simplest program to connect SSH. Download it from here:
PuTTY Download Page
Run it, then enter the IP address of your seedbox enter the port 22 and then click connect. Then just use the username and password provided to you to connect to your seedbox. Hope this helped.
The SSH login details may be different than the login details you use for your WEB-UI. In that case, I'd ask the provider for root access (does your provider offer root access?)
maybe you don't have root access , who is your seedbox provider ? just out of curiosity, as i get that error and just thinking might be same provider (yes i know it's a common error)
i followed your link SeedKing , what does it mean that there is a lock on torrent .session file ?
should i get this msg on a dedi ?

Hi JoeBlow,
rtorrent is really touchy on permissions. Sometimes the lock will get put on a session file for no reason that I can see. Sometimes it is caused by changing a password. For example your webgui uses a different user than your ftp but they usually start out having he same name and password. If you change just the webgui user password and not the *Unix" user password this sometimes causes the lock to be put on the .session file.
Yeah you will see this happen on a dedi as well. Hope this helps a little.
