I am looking for someone to create a script for me, which I will of course pay for.

I need a script that install either ruttorent or wtorrent (I already have a script for this already), but what I need it do do, is be able to allocate quota for each user. I.E Storage

There is a few other small bits which I'd need but not essential at the moment.
