    Default How to buy an Italian server?

    Hey guys. I live in Russia and want to buy the cheapiest server located in Italy with Windows installed.

    I tried to buy it at OVH.IT, but it requies to receive an SMS on Italian mobile which I don't have.



    Any suggestions ?
