any tips or tricks to get a server with them? I placed an order and email them a couple times but still no responses.

have you verifyed your account? you'll have to send them 2 types of ID. (drivers license, utility bill, passport, ect.)

I haven't sent these to them yet but I feel like they don't want my business. It's kindda sad.

how long ago did you place the order? Its a business and its a weekend so their customer service team is closed saturday/sunday. Plus they need time to process your order along with the large queue they have. Give it a few days and then maybe try again.

I ordered it since 2011-07-22 00:43:48 and never received any of their responses.

It took them a while to verify me me once I setup an account. You have to go here first and create an account to get a Nic-Handle:
https://www.ovh.ie/managerv3/

Then email your picture ID and Bill to them using you Nic-Handle as the subject. They will not respond otherwise. Once I did that they responded in about 24 hours.
