Thread: Suggestions for Seedbox that I can use public trackers with?

I recently got my first Seedbox via SeedMonster. I really like it so far it's a good box for a beginner to seedboxes like myself.

However after seeding for a week or so I noticed my ratio was not improving and read more into it to find out that some boxes don't support public trackers :(



I'm considering moving to a different tracker, does any one have suggestions or input on which seedboxes support public trackers or which seedboxes will allow me to browse out and download torrent files via the seedbox?

Why do you want to use a box on public tracker?
i mean what advantages would it offer?

i guess he cant get the content on private ones? if so, you can certainly afford maintaining a good ration on the trackers youre lacking. get an invite, and seed the torrents you download. faster speed, more secure, less public. problem solved

Obviously the goal is to get on more private trackers, that's part of the reason I found this site :) But I still use Demonoid from time to time and like to keep a high ratio in the meantime because I'm anal about that stuff.

Not so much that I can't get content on private ones, but I'm new to private trackers and still learning more about them before I start applying or looking for invites.

Regardless, I would like the option to use a tracker like Demonoid on my box and keep a high ratio.

Even if you are new to the whole thingy, it is nothing special to be afraid of. Trackers have their own FAQs and forums and if you spend a few minutes reading them, you will have no problems at all even if you haven't used a private tracker before. The best thing you can do is to quit using public trackers and apply for an invite here for the IPT. It's way too easy to get in and the tracker itself is one of the best you can find especially if you are new to the whole thing.

Bottom line is... get a cheap seedbox to begin with and apply for IPT. Actually, you don't even need a seedbox for IPT but it will make it easier for you to find an invite and boost your ratio a bit. It's a win-win situation.
