Avoid this guy! He just scammed me for my money. He blamed me for his mistakes, promised 3 days ago to install an ftp server. and says "I need to be patient because his new seedbox is coming"

Dont tell people one thing then do another. Dont blame people and accuse them of abusing their account when in fact, ure the one that made the error. He deflected all attempts of accepting responsibility for his third botched install attempt (hes a rookie trying to make a buck) and blamed me for his server lag. I was barely able to login. He has an http cap of no more 150 kbps and you can only retrieve ure files via tar file or individually. His response is, i need to be patient. Its my fault that his script is broken and allowing people to use more HD space.

That DOES NOT cause a machine to baud down. The TRUTH is, that he would not ask new people to wait untill his server came in (the one he ordered with our signup money) and put everyone inclusing himself on his one seedbox.

I sent him 2 invites to SCC because he alleged that he did not receive his first invite. He PM'ed me offering me axx to his seedbox for one month with certain restrictions for free in return for an invite SCC.

Its been nothing but bull****. He installs new applications because flus-bart isn't good enough in his opinion without prior testing knowledge. You cannot ask ure clients who pay for a working service to be patient while u learn. You cannot install different programs while people are trying to download and seed files. You should never tell someone, I';ll install ftp for you tomorrow and then make another excuse the next day procrastinating the agreement.

He blamed me, and tells me to chillout and be patient, and then he alleges that I was abusive when I toild him to **** himself after confronting him on his impudence and false allegations. I was told at the time I agreed to purchase a slot, that only 2 people plus himself would be on this box. He has hidden the logged in users and has hidden many other features in order to minimize lag and login times.



Is this professional? He cant admit his mistakes, then deflects the issue stating that its my fault, i'm impatient, or its my isp that is blocking port 80 - then the isp excuse turn into, well, its the distance from france to NA.

Its one excuse after another. PM me for my messenger log files and the the PM's he has sent. Admins, login to my account and see the PMs for ure self. I paid for 3 months of service, gave him 2 invites to SCC and helped him find scripts to troubleshoot why he couldn't get proftpd installed with flux-bart. He had to reinstall the OS because of his daft blunders, then says that I'm being impatient?? WTF?

Now he wont refund my money when I asked him last night and again today. Says that I abused his TOS, and then says - MSN Log excerp posted:

Thats all. Nothing but a scammer. Cant face the truth that he's not an experienced host or programmer. He wants u to absorb his learning curve and the time it takes for him to get someone to set his server up. Isn't man enough to refund your money, and then downplays his negligence as someone else's fault.

Avoid this guy. It may be fine now, but wait till u have an issue with him, YOU'LL SEE! I asked for my cash back last night, more blame and excuses, signs off and says "well, if you would have asked nicely..."

PHOENIXHOSING = SCAMMER !! Search for Murke/Murker & ban him from your respective boards!
