No way in hell your going to get a seedbox like that, at 1Gbit. Maybe 100Mbit though.

well for these specs and that price... there are such offers, but i would avoid them, since there tend to be way too many users per server or disk...you could get some friends and buy a ovh server and split it like threeway or more. though bw will be ~5TB and shared with them all. other than that... i dunno who offers something like that

P.S. not much of a point having only 3 users on a single 1gbit... i dont think users upload this much all the time, making 10 users per server still fast, unless they are all on the same disk ;)

I would say check out Useed - Unmetered, dedicated & cheap Seedboxes for something in that price range.

You could get a 100mbit/s (Dedicated & unmetered!) full duplex and about 125~135GB of storage for about 20USD.

I would recommend you to check the seedbox reviews topic and search for the seedboxes that will satisfy your needs (speed, space, price, etc.) And then choose the seedbox that has the best reviews. The problem is that the seedbox provider can offer you a 1Gbit speed, but then if he puts tons of people on one server your speeds will suck :/
