Thread: Is pulsedmedia still running?

edit : yes, pulsedmedia still running. just got the seedbox and it is running great, right now with 1 torrent getting around 9-10MB/s total with 100mbs package.

I just bought a seedbox from pulsedmedia 2 days ago but havent received it. It said on the site there is 48 hours wait time, i have waited for more than 48 hours already. It seems another user also bought one recently and havent received it.
Noob Seedbox Queries
I went to their irc channel, no response the users are all idle. Sent support email yesterday also didnt get any response yet. nucode last time here was 06-13-2011.



Did any of you bought from them recently? and to current pulsedmedia users, are the seedbox still running?

I am not a customer of them right now but as i know they are still in the business. If i am not wrong they were moving some of their servers to a new datacenter so maybe this is why they are slow responding to your emails.

Also in the weekends most seedbox companies work with less personal so give them some more time.

P.S. Have you checked your spam box in your mail? I have seen some customers of them saying that the emails from PulsedMedia went to their spam boxes.

just checked spam box, nothing related to pulsedmedia there...

Another member of the group replied to my support ticket yesterday that it would be setup today , but that was yesterday

you havent received your seedbox yet?
I also just got a response from them saying that it would be setup today

edit : I replied to the response and just got the seedbox. I also asked the reason of the delay but they didnt reply. The speed is great i would recommend it but only to those who has patience.... the prices are good just hope they can response much faster in the future.
