Superseedbox
I use SuperSeedBox, I'm on the 1GBps plan, and I ordered two
I rent them out, I don't use them myself
But SuperSeedbox is great, their service is great, and polite
I would recommend them to anybody
I will buy a seedbox from them for personal use at a later stage, and I find their prices to be quite reasonable too
EDIT: Just bought a seedbox from them, paid, waiting for setup!

feralhosting.com, has been great so far.
currently using seedhost.net, both speed and price are good enough
Kimsufi. X2L, working great, FTP, proxy, and a seedbox, maybe soon will install apache on it. :D
Server.lu, just awesome speeds. Able to get 1mB/s on a single connection from the US via FTP (which is my home ISPs cap). Ovh/kimsufi I only get 175kB/s MAX per single connection, which is abysmal.
