Curently stuck on kemeda (OVH at Portugal).

i use my own service (vps) and hit 10 MB up when I need to with no throttling. It is a little more expensive. We ordered a dual giga and cannot wait. A mate of mine had a dual giga and I hit numbers that would put anybody else to shame.
