Their service/irc/mail is among the worst i've seen.
5 days since i ordered a seedbox. They are having problems of somesort, they aren't telling nothing about what it is happening. When you when your seedbo (which you already have paid for) is going to working they say they will fix it in 1-2 days. 3 day and still no reply on matter. 4 day, demanding my money back, this was done in both mail/irq/support ticker form. 5 day still no reply on anything.
The are few responses they actual give is bad. i asked "when will it be working" and lemon, the owner i presume just reponded; would you rather have me tell you whats wrong or should i fix it instead.
Their so called twitter site with current updates/technical difficulties doesn't show 1/10 of the problems they are having.
Must say im really disappointed with everything this company have provided (haven't tried their seedbox yet though) So in my humle opinion. DO NOT GET A SEEDBOX FROM FERAL.
