If you want to get good speeds from your seedbox, you must search a hosting provider who guaranteed a good speed to the USA (If the datacenter are in Europe) Try Leaseweb

I usually get around 500 kpbs from my seedbox's ftp, not sure exactly where it's located, somewhere in Europe though
i get full speed from my box to my computer which is usually 3mb

You can always hit the THANKS button at the bottom of posts or the http://www.torrent-invites.com/style...reputation.gif at the bottom left if you've been helped by someone.
Filezila works great. I Just set it up to use 10 connections and I get 8Mbps download.
I have seen spurts of 4.5 MB's on downloads and same on uploads on seedbox from Santrex in US, just depends on site and how much im doing at time. On a single torrent i have seen that reach about 1MBs download and upload at times.
