    Default How to download part of a torrent with a seedbox

    I have a seedbox with Rutorrent interface, now there is a 77+GB torrent, but i only want one part of it, now how do I get that one part without the rest? all the corresponding files are grouped in folders IE: Season 1, Season 2 etc.

    RuTorrent interface select Torrent then select Files then select all files(ctrl+a)then right mouse and select dont download.Then select(right mouse) season 1 and selech normal or high priorty.

    It works pretty much the same as in utorrent - only the rutorrent interface can get a laggy like hell with lots of torrents or files. And has a bit less options.
    So as DamnGirl said:
    -select torrent
    -go to Files tab
    -Ctrl+a to select all, right click -> Priority -> Don't download
    -Select the wanted files -> Priority -> High

    You haven't told us whats your seedbox provider (or its dedi?)
    but perhaps check if you can use another client. If I need to download a partial torrent I use Deluge (I've Feral Hosting seedbox, BTW).

    One other thing if you do this: click don't download right away BEFORE you add the file because if you have a fast seedbox you may find have dl half the torrent already before you even get to select don't download!

    Stick with ruTorrent btw its all good..
