Hi I just subscribed for the $1 promo. Unfortunately, I also accidentaly made payment twice due to the back button and unknowingly paid twice. As such there were 2 subscriptions. I had already sent an email to both customerservice@xirvik.com , billing@xirvik.com . I would appreciate if you could assist to inform your department to look into the double subscriptions and cancel one of the subscription and initiate a refund of $1 for one of the subscription.

Hi received refund promptly for the accidental double subscription after sending them email. At the sametime, I received the promo subscription setup very fast. Now I understood why their support were rated so highly.

i aplied it and made the payment. waiting for response.
