What's *NOT* included? - This is a list of things we do not currently support. Honestly if its not above in the included section you would think people would figure out that its not included but still they don't. So here is the not included list
SSH access - This will never be an option. *THIS IS INCLUDED ON DEDICATED SERVERS*
OpenVPN - No plans on supporting this in the near future.
Rapidleech- No plans on supporting this in the near future.
Refunds - This is a big one that people do not tend to understand and quite frequently demand when they realize the above options they "need" are not included. Quite simply we offer trial seedboxes for a reason. If you want to try our seedbox by all means pay for a refundable trial account. If there are no trial accounts available PM me. We will not entertain any refunds on our plans unless under extremely special circumstances.

All your boxes come with 3TB upload cap? I presume all are OVH? And I think you are the only one's charging set up fee's on shared boxes (Unless someone else does it as well)?

Correct, but at least after 3TB its not cut off, simply slowed down a bit.

Correct, some other boxes do not charge setup fees but we have seen a few boxes that do as well. T-I members get to have it waived though :)

We base all of our prices in USD but yes, of course you can checkout in Canadian Funds!
