The best thing to do is open a support ticket but it sounds like you need to restart your rtorrent.Originally Posted by tooty
Just so you know, its very easy for users to start / stop and restart their own rtorrent sessions from within your web interface. Just look for the icon up top labelled "rtorrent manager". From this button you can:
Start Rtorrent if its not currently running.
Stop Rtorrent if you would like to reboot your seedbox
Refresh the Web Interface.
