I've read about this seed box provider on another website; supposedly it's gotten pretty good reviews. I might actually try it myself for those prices.

I'd want to know what datacentre, how many people to a box, etc. Torrentflux is hardly a lightweight client, so 20 people using it will wreck a seedbox, and if it's OVH then there's traffic shaping/limiting to consider.

Torrentflux is only heavy because it requires the use of a http server. Most use Apache which is a giant memory hog to begin with. I've ran TF on nginx (another http server) ran comparatively to other clients in terms of resources.
