I had such problems whith reinstalling the OS, and I solved them by formatting the hard drive this way (usually, even if you requested a reinstall and it got stalled, you can boot on the repair system roughly an hour later). On a side note, and if it can give you guys a little hope in their service, I am using their “DigiSmall” plan for more than a month now, and I’m really happy with it, given the price. The speeds are good and though a hard disk went crashing, they replaced it the same day; so the experience I have with their support is positive as well.

Hmm. I wasn't able to get into the repair system earlier. I will try again, thanks for the info!

UPDATE: Just did this, repair system isn't coming up either. :cursing:

Still nothing...box is still down, no response to ticket. :(

Ok then I think it's definitely back to refund getting. Their lack of response to tickets being yet another good reason.
