I told you several times your FTP details are in your welcome email and even resent the email twice, I don't know how much clearer I could get...

update: no problems on the box since the last f*ck up. speeds are excellent, box is responsive, it's all good. If biohost gives me a good deal, I'll consider upgrading in a flash. Keep this kinda service up and you wont pi$$ me and your other customers off.
