Your UL speed depends on leechers (numbers and DL speed).

Technical informations :
Dedicated Server 'Dedibox Pro R210'
- CPU : Intel® Xeon® L3426
- RAM : 16 GB DDR3 ECC
- HDD : 2x2TB No-Raid

You can only purchase it if you are French citizen, which means you have to pay 60€ for the server.
The 1Gbps port of those servers is shared.

60€ / 6 = 10€ and not 15€ and 19€
No friendly sharing there, but he makes a huge profit.
Also, for the 500GB slots you share the HDD with 3 other people, which means the speeds will be pretty slow. Nowadays are the HDDs the bottleneck and not the connection links of the servers.

I also think it's quite amusing that he only allows ONE trial per day, so you can test the server with you as the only user and not when it's crowded.

The server he wants to resell is cheap, but you get what you pay for and it's a good offer if you take it for yourself of if it's shared between two, but that's definitely too much.
