I signed up yesterday for one of these semi dedicated seedboxes and have had nothing but problems. I was able to access it for about 15 minutes and since then it is not working. I have tried to contact their so-called superior customer service and get no one. Someone is supposed to be @msn...nobody. Go to the forum...can't access, it says I don't have priviledges. This is crap...

We didn't get ANY email reporting problems. You write it here but don't say who you are or what server you are in.

In MSN we don't have any report either...sometimes people say "Are you there?" and disconnect if we don't answer immediately, but they don't even write what the problem, if any, is.

Sorry you have a problem with the service but unless you help us a bit we can't really do anything :-(

email is the best way to contact them. i would say the customer service is what sets this company apart. i have only had to wait a few hours on avg. for a response. Whenever i had any issues with the box they were corrected quickly.

any discount for dedicated server? Thinking of getting from you guys

Yep, I've never had a problem with them. And I think i've been sort of a hassle XD
