Be patient and give them some time to come back up before you start calling them a scam. Maybe they will make up for the time you lost, like by giving you extra time with the box. Lots of seedbox providers experience technical difficulties sometimes btw.

Actually, only our main site was down for 2 hours, because of network issues of our ISP. All seedboxes were up, because they are hosted on a different ISP than out main site
