I do then apologize if you think my comment untrue. Judging by the expectations based on answers from people, I should have said that the support time wasn't as good as many said. Minutes? No. Too long? Not that either. But making people believe 5 minutes is regular support time, that is untrue. Average is probably alot longer.

Anyhow,
I'm satisfied with the seedbox and I've uploaded 100Gb since it came online. I couldn't be happier!

Great service, which probably will get better when the template change is done!
