AeroWeather works fine with Vista and Windows 7 in aero mode. Once installed, it sites in the system notification area and changes the Aero color based on weather.

The only problem with this tool is that it you need to enter a valid US zip code to set your location. In other words, you can’t set the location by entering the location name.
