    I wanted to try MSE but it says that your version of windows must be genuine...what if mine isnt exactly "genuine" but it says it is?

    Prety sure it uses WGA to check validity, so if your version of windows is activated, it will pass a WGA test, and install. otherwise it will probably check, fail, and continue to spam you about getting genuine, until you remove wga again. Theres a couple of freeware WGA removers around.
